SCREWLOK-Purple
Low strength
 For small fasteners that require re-adjustment or easy disassembly including keyed fasteners. Seals threaded fasteners from leakage.
Ideal on small set screws, nuts, bolts and threads, brass etc.
Prevents loosening under loads or vibration.
If required, apply Primer A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator.
Structural activators/Primers can result in up to 30% strength loss. |
T43 THREADLOCKER (TDS 03)
NUT LOCK-Blue
Medium strength (oil tolerant grade)
Convenient all purpose locker suitable for most operating conditions. Oil tolerant torque tensioning grade
Designed for direct application onto “as received” parts, with protective film.
Prevents corrosion between threads. Prevents loosening under loads or vibration.
If required, apply Primer (not recommended)
Temp. Range -53 o C to + 150 o C

T62 THREADLOCKER (TDS 05)
STUDLOCK / LUBRICATOR-Red
Mid Strength
Specially developed Mid Strength Threadlocker.
Lubricating during assembly, securing parts with High Strength retention.
Will perform on slightly oily surfaces. Prevents loosening under loads or vibration.
Allowing disassembly when required. Prevents corrosion between threads.
If required, apply Primer A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator.
Temp. Range -55 o C to + 150 o C
Structural activators/Primers can result in up to 30% strength loss.

T77 THREADLOCKER (TDS 148)
STUDLOCK - Red
 High Strength
An Anaerobic Locking Compound in the form of a Viscous Paste and it is used to give High Strength Locking action.
Predominately for Fasteners of 25 mm (1” size) and above.
- Studs on Pressure Vessels
- Studs on Locomotive Units
- Hydraulic Studs on Presses
- Rock Crusher Studs
- Cat Track Studs
To speed cure or to help cure in cold condition, use Activator A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator on parts.
Temp. Range -55 o C to + 150 o C

T90 THREADLOCKER (TDS 09)
PENETRANT / WICKING GRADE-Green
Fast Setting
Low viscosity, Penetrating Threadlocker...
Good for close fitting parts (set screws, pre-assembled fasteners).
Use as a weld or porosity sealant, seeking out casting irregularities, seals parts from leakage.
Prevents loosening of metal threaded fasteners.
If required, apply Primer A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator.
Temp. Range -55 o C to + 150 o C
Structural activators/Primers can result in up to 30% strength loss.
