 S51 DURAFORM GASKET (TDS 11)
HIGH TEMPERATURE GASKET
 S51 is a fast set, Form-In-Place Gasket maker for all types of metal parts, sealing and resisting temperatures up to 200 ° C
Used for sealing any shape or size of high temperature application, dressing gaskets or making rigid assemblies. Apply S51 by tube tracing, roll coating, screen printing, pads etc.
Before cure takes place S51 will give an instant seal. The cure process can
be accelerated with the use of Activator A471.
Temp. Range -55 o C to + 200 o C

S55 FLANGE SEALANT (TDS 13)
DESIGNER GASKET- Purple paste
Form in place, tough, flexible gasket.
Instant low pressure seal.
Used for fuel and water pumps, split crank cases, gearbox covers, engine thermostats, small implements etc.
If required, apply Primer A471
Temp. Range -55 o C to + 150 o C
Structural activators/Primers can result in up to 20% strength loss.

S56 FLANGE SEALANT WITH TEFLON (TDS 15)
All PURPOSE PIPE SEALANT-White
Fast setting on all types of threaded connections against water, Oil, grease, etc.
Used as an Instant low pressure pipeline sealant.

High pressure seal obtained when fully cured.
If required apply primer A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator.

P7M49 HYPERSEAL BLUE GASKET (TDS 214)
All PURPOSE NEW TECHNOLOGY SEALANT
Is free from the solvent problems of other formulations and stays flexible when cured.
All purpose, non cracking user friendly formulation, free of Methylene chloride (Dichloromethane) and so has no nasty handling problems associated with COSHH regs.
Hyperseal TM Blue Gasket is ideal for engine gaskets, surfaces, cylinder heads, water pumps, gearboxes, threaded assemblies, flanges, pipe joints etc.
The product cures to a non-hardening consistency, forming an instant seal that will not crack, chip or flake. Hyperseal TM Blue Gasket is not flammable once cured and is self extinguishing. The cured product resists petrol, steam,  anti-freeze, mineral and vegetable oils, common solvents and most chemicals.
Once the pack has been opened, always clean the threads and re-seal with the cap as soon as is possible to avoid skinning over and premature hardening.

P7M50 HIGH SPEC RED (TDS 235)
HIGH TEMPERATURE GASKET
Gasketing Compound replaces the old conventional, filled products as the New Contender for all types of Engine Surface applications.
Hyspec TM Red can be used on all types of Engine Components withstanding temperatures up to
+350°C intermittent, 280°C constant. Specific applications include Diesel/Petrol Engines, Fuel Injectors, Pumps, Valves, Cylinder Heads, Inlet Manifolds, Oil Sumps, Timing Cases, Meters, Alternators, Gas Turbines, Fans, Bearing Enclosures, Axle Assemblies, Pump Flange Assembly, Engine Parts, Aerospace as above, also use Hyspec TM to seal Threaded Fasteners, Mount Gaskets , Rigid Metal, Cork etc.
Hyspec TM is designed to compliment Metal 2 Metal fits as a sealant between joints ; however there are many other uses of Hyspec TM Red. Try Hyspec TM on Dressing Pre-Cut or shaped Gaskets to fix seal in place. Hyspec TM also acts as a Threadlocker securing components, sealing threads etc. |
S69 THREAD SEALANT (TDS)
SPECIAL HYDRAULIC SEALANT -Brown
S69 Hydraulic Seal is an anaerobic liquid which cures to form a tough, high pressure seal on all types of threaded couplings used on low, medium and high pressure lines.
Used for all types of hydraulic connections, threaded couplings and adaptors. Quick disconnect parts, compression fittings and for vibration proofing parts.
If required, apply Primer A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator.

S72 THREAD SEALANT (TDS 17)
PIPESEAL -White
Instant Low pressure sealant.
Seals against oils, chemicals, gases, steam etc.
Sealant for fine and coarse threads up to 50mm in diameter .
Long curing rate allowing re-alignment of elbows and joints
If required, apply Primer/Accelerators (not recommended)

S77Y PIPE SEAL (TDS 140)
GAS PIPE SEAL - Yellow
Gastite TM is a high viscosity thixotropic gel paste which cures rapidly, sealing instantly to 10 bar through its Anaerobic cure system in contact with metals in
the absence of air (oxygen). When fully cured it resists pressure up to 350 bar for non-ferrous threads. Gastite TM is not suitable for oxygen systems.
Typical applications are in sealing of all types of threaded connections against water, oil, gases and most common materials conveyed by pipes.
When cure speed is extended due to low temperatures or inactive surfaces, activator A471 or the faster 649 can be used. Best results are found if Gastite TM is applied to 2 nd or 3 rd threadform.
Excess can be wiped away; any migration into lines will not solidify and can be flushed away during commissioning.
Fast Cure to fixture usually <15 minutes @ 20 ° C.
Temperature range: -50 ° C to +150 ° C.

S54 OPTIMUM HYDRAULIC SEAL (TDS 16)
HYDRAULIC PIPE SEAL (oil tolerant) - Brown
S54 Hydraulic Seal is a thixotropic liquid which cures Anaerobically to form a tough, high pressure seal on all types of threaded couplings used on low, medium and high pressure lines.
Used for all types of hydraulic connections, sealing against typical pressure line ratings, use Hydraulic Seal to fit valves, threaded couplings, adaptors, quick disconnect parts, compression fittings and vibration proofing joints.
For fast cure, clean parts and apply local heat to joints with a heat gun or soft flame.
S54 is tolerant of a light oil film. Seals up to 400bar, 20mm fittings . Vibration proofs joints. Easily dismantled with tools.
If required, apply Primer A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator.
Temperature range: -55 ° C to +150 ° C.

METRIC O-RING SPLICING KIT
 Make your own ‘’O” Rings on the spot, cord diameters 2mm to 6mm , complete with Adhesive and Debonder for easy clean up of parts. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from contaminants.
