R41 RETAINER COMPOUND (TDS 23)
BEARING FIT-Yellow

Medium strength easily removable compound.
Securing all types and sizes of bearings, shafts, cylindrical parts allowing       disassembly when required.
When cure speed is long acceptable bond time can be obtained by treating parts       with A471 Activator or by using the faster A649 Accelerator.
Temp. Range -55 o C to + 150 o C
Structural activators/Primers can result in up to 30% strength loss.

 
 
R60 RETAINER COMPOUND (TDS 26)
METAL FILL

Used to fill and repair cylindrical parts.
Press fit repair compound, quickly refits worn parts.
Designed to quickly re-fit worn parts.
Prevents bearing spinout.
Will harden once parts are assembled, allowing easy excess cleanup outside repair.
If required, apply Primer/Activator A649 Accelerator.
Temp range -55 o C to + 150 o C



 
 
R62 RETAINER COMPOUND (TDS 24)
HIGH TEMP RETAINER

Retainer is rated up to 232 o C as the upper operational temperature. R62 is
      designed for bonding/securing in a high strength manner, all types of cylindrically
      fitted parts.
Used on all types of applications where temperatures exceed the design features of       conventional Retainers, above 150 o C . R62 develops High Strength at elevated       temperatures.
Speed cure R62 by applying a localised heat with a heat gun or by placing parts in an       oven @ 100 o C for 30 minutes. Pre-heating of parts also accelerates the fixture and       ultimate final cure.
If required, apply Primer A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator.
Structural activators/Primers can result in up to 30% strength loss.
 
 
R68 RETAINER COMPOUND (TDS 142)
EXTRA HIGH STRENGTH
High Strength retention for cylindrical parts under dynamic load/stresses, keys, splines,       gears etc.
Fatigue resistant under heavy loads.
If required, apply Primer A471 or the faster A649 Accelerator.
Temp. Range -55 o C to + 150 o C
Structural activators/Primers can result in up to 30% strength loss.
