POWERCAN/BRUSH top Copper Grease -220gm
A high lubricated grease which contains copper particles in a mixture of other fillers and surface activates.
The grease is a clean burning leaving no carbon residue.
Mostly designed to prevent thread seizure and give high water repellence used also on brake callipers to ease disassembly or prevent “welding” due to excessive temperatures.
Other uses include: Nuts, bolts, pipe work, keys, keyways, track adjusters, chains, rock, drills, extension rods, anywhere metal to metal contact needs to be avoided due to possible seizure on contact at elevated temperatures |

This grease is a premium quality anhydrous grease for use in all anti-friction and plain bearings found in food processing environments.

• Good sealing properties
This grease is recommended for use where direct contact with food is not anticipated although incidental contact may occur.

BLACK RTV HIGH TEMPERATURE SILICONE (TDS 283)
  EndurasilTM RTV Silicone is a one part, easy bag in can applied, paste-like sealant that cures to form a high purity elastomer on exposure to atmospheric moisture. No primers or accelerators are needed. Endurasil when cured resists most chemicals, high temperatures and exhibits excellent mechanical properties All applications where a non-sag sealant of exceptional longevity is required to bond glass, metals, ceramics, wood stone etc.
EndurasilTM eliminates leakage, reduces noise, absorbs vibration, seals and bonds parts into a secure unit.
Where surfaces require only a single sided bond, it is possible to treat the side not requiring adhesion with a release agent or simply apply petroleum jelly or oil. When cured torque up the parts to form a compressive seal. Operating temp -70°C to +225°C constant, +300°C intermittent.
