EXACTTM 5 MIN EPOXY (TDS 194) 
Fast Set General Purpose
  A fast clear curing, two part epoxy adhesive packed in an easy to use double syringe dispenser containing 25ml of adhesive. The correct ratio of hardener and resin is guaranteed on each application.
ExactTM Epoxy contains a specially formulated epoxide resin/hardener system designed to provide rapid setting and strength development when mixed, unlike araldite it sets hard but workable.
ExactTM Epoxy is an effective adhesive for wood, metals, ceramic, fibreglass and most plastics. Typical applications include repairs and renovation of metal castings, ceramic tiles, vessels or ornaments, wooden, metal or plastic furniture, stone or concrete paving slabs or copings.
ExactTM Epoxy is particularly useful for securing household fittings to brick, plaster, wooden or plastic surfaces, laminating melamine surface sheet to wood or block board, modelling and test rig manufacture.
ExactTM Epoxy is an ideal adhesive for most plastics but is not suitable for polythene, polypropylene or plasticised PVC. If in doubt, carry out a small trial with the adhesive before using on a large application.
Once the pack has been opened, the cap (which is contained within the plungers) should be removed and placed over the open ends of the syringe. The cap will fit in only one way to avoid contamination. |
WILSTIKTM Aqua Stick-Epoxy putty (TDS 251)
Aqua Stick is a hand kneadable, Speciality Epoxy Putty that mixes in one minute to provide fast, permanent repairs to damp, wet areas and underwater applications. It may be applied underwater, in either fresh or salt water and will bond tenaciously to substrates such as fibreglass, metal, wood, concrete, ceramics, glass etc.
The mixed Epoxy turns from an aquamarine colour to “fibreglass white” upon curing and will not yellow upon exposure to UV light.
After final cure, Aqua Stick may be drilled, sawed, tapped, filed, sanded and painted. It allows patching in areas where welding is impossible. |
WILSTIKTM Copper Stick-Epoxy putty (TDS 201)
Copper Stick is a hand kneadable, Copper reinforced Epoxy Putty that mixes in one minute to provide fast, permanent repairs to pipes, tanks and vessels made of copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals. After proper mixing, Copper Stick moulds like clay to fill in and surround leaks in the most intricate openings and breaks in pipes, elbow joints, sleeves, sink traps, drains, water heaters, water tanks etc. It is ideal for sealing freeze breaks and pin hole leaks and will seal high pressure hot water lines permanently. |
WILSTIKTM Aluminium Stick-Epoxy putty (TDS 198)
Aluminium Stick is a hand kneadable, Speciality Epoxy Putty that mixes in one minute to provide fast, permanent repairs to most.
Aluminium surfaces. It comes in a handy rod form with the curing agent encapsulated in the contrasting colour base material. Its puttylike consistency eliminates drips and runs, providing “no mess” application with no tools required to use. The mixed epoxy turns from a silvery colour to “Alloy” upon curing and will not yellow upon exposure to UV light. After just 45 minutes WilstikTM is completely cured and can be drilled, sawed, carved, sanded, stained or painted. It allows patching in areas where welding is impossible. |
WILSTIKTM Instant Mortar Stick-Epoxy putty (TDS 197)
Instant Mortar is a hand kneadable, Speciality Epoxy Putty that mixes in one minute to provide fast, permanent repairs to most plastic surfaces and will bond tenaciously to substrates such as concrete, ceramics, marble, tiles, brick etc. After 15-20 minutes the Epoxy will harden like metal and start to form a tenacious bond. After just 45 minutes WilstikTM is completely cured and can be drilled, sawed, carved, sanded stained or painted. |

Wood Stick is a hand kneadable, non-shrinking, filled Epoxy putty, which when cured becomes an integral part of the wooden item being repaired, rebuilt or restored. 30 minutes after mixing Wood Stick has the density of wood and can be drilled, sawed, carved, sanded, stained and painted and can be drilled, sawed, carved, sanded stained or painted. |
